“Every time I search for hardwood suppliers in my area, C and S pop up. So finally went to take a look. The gentleman took the time to show me around and explain what hardwoods they had and what they usually carry and get in stock. They have your basics hardwoods like, poplar, maple, and cherry. Unfortunately, there is no Walnut, but definitely some great wood for a woodworker.
You can buy one board here or a whole pallet. I've tried a few other places, and they literally will not sell only one or four boards. You have to order a whole pallet. So this was nice.
Unfortunately, I didn't have my truck that day, or we would have bought some wood. Will definitely go back, as long as the customer service stays good like that.”
“A great little place filled with a variety of hand tools and corded and cordless power tools.Nice woodworking stationery machines when he can keep them on the floor.One of my friends has bought from the tool shed a beautiful jet mortiser with bits in perfect almost unused condition , also he had a gorgeous Delta shaper in mint condition for a very reasonable price.The inventory of stationary machines is up and down because of what is available for the store owner to purchase so you need to go in there regularly if you really want something specific or better yet tell the owner and he will probably give you a call if he gets in the machinery you're looking for.I've been buying woodworking tools and automotive tools for over 40 years and this is the last local place in Massachusetts I know of where you can find such deals and a variety of tools .”
“Koryne is the best! She assisted me with my kitchen and was very patient. She designed a gorgeous kitchen!!!! When the cabinets were delivered to our house, it was her day off. She met me (on her day off) and the delivery truck to make sure everything went smoothly. She physically took the cabinets off the truck with Dan, the other manager in New Bedford. I honestly could not have had better service. Koryne is an asset to Home Outlet. I would hire her in an instant to run my company. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. “Some of their stuff is good and cheap prices but do your research as some of it is better than you think and some worse. Parking lot is definitely in the worse category. Its cramped and hard to access. Still shop there though.”

“At first I was told by another associate in rentals the gas chain saw was available. We arrived and it was not available. We then communicated with Jeff instead and he found a solution for us. He spent a long time explaining how to use a battery pack chainsaw. We had a problem, brought it back he adjusted it for us right away. He is very knowledgeable and I couldn't ask for better customer service to fix the situation.”
