“I paid for a $400 toolbox on Sunday and was told to pick it up today. A very nice girl at customer service was in the process of assisting me when another girl came over and told her they needed her in another area. She walked away and left me hanging. Definitely lack of staffing and management should learn some manners when a service person is helping a customer. Next time I'll buy from Amazon Prime with free delivery. I felt bad for the girl who was embarrassed that she has to leave me hanging.”

“Can’t say enough how great the owners are. Were able to diagnose and fix my well pump all within an hour of me walking in. Very knowledgeable and me not being a plumber or knowing much about it, and they were able to explain it in a way that I could easily understand and show me how to fix it and why it broke. No condescending attitudes with these guys…. Pleasure to do business with.”
