There's also a one time security deposit to cover any damage or cleaning needed once the unit's empty. NO MONTHLY INSURANCE or ADMINISTRATION FEES charged here, unlike some of the other self storage facilities.”
“24 hour storage with clean and basic units. The doors work well and are easy for anyone to operate. The owner is accommodating and only a phone call away. The snow was plowed early in the day after our unexpected storm. Best prices around!”
“I had a larger of the untis. Fairly clean, but not for long term storage like I had. I wouldn't recommend long term as you would need pest control of some type to keep rodents and insects away. I did find them slightly pricey as I discovered, after I removed my belongings, that I could have found a unit cheaper.”
