I truly felt compelled to take the time and write a review because of how exceptional our experience has been with Matt, the Leasing Consultant here. It’s rare to find someone in leasing who genuinely cares this much about residents’ experience.
We scheduled an apartment tour online, and Matt gave us an incredibly informative tour. He patiently answered what must have been hundreds of our questions. My husband and I can be a bit of an anxious couple with many follow-ups and double-checks, but Matt has always responded promptly, clearly, and with so much patience. He often went out of his way to make things clear and easy for us --- move-in logistics, billing details, ESA documentation, etc --- Matt truly seems to have an answer or solution for everything.
We really appreciate Matt and honestly credit him as the main reason we decided to sign here. We just moved in last week and already feel right at home.”
“Maintenance team have been amazing here at Beach House Apartments. During and after this massive snowstorm we just encountered they kept the outer sidewalks, driveways, and all entrances cleared from snow.
During this time our dryer stopped working properly and could not be used. Today they came to the apartment and totally repaired it. I was amazed by their quality and cleanliness of the work. They were here about 1 hour and completely repaired the machine. Amazing work effort and knowledge! Thanks gentlemen you are the best!”
“In all my years of renting, this probably has been the best and most customer-friendly place I’ve rented in. To the point that I have actually re-leased with them.
Extremely customer-centric. Leasing agent Ravi has been exceptional. He, along with Residences at Malden, have gone above and beyond to help accommodate me during my rough situations regarding work and lease times.
They’re also pretty good with maintenance. I noticed a couple issues in the apartment when I moved in. I put in a couple work orders. Someone was there (within 24 hours!!) and got everything fixed.
Lovely gym, very clean public spaces. They’ve got Luxor for their packages so I’m never worried about my packages being stolen.
Location is pretty sweet because I can count to a 100 and I’ll be at the Malden center station.
Only downside: I wish there was a pool table :D”
“Hello, I would like to leave a positive review for the management office at The Chase Apartments. I had a problem with my upstairs neighbor’s children making a lot of noise from about 9:00 p.m. to 3:30 a.m. since I moved in. After I submitted several complaints and spoke with the manager in the office, she talked to my neighbors, and the situation improved a lot. I really appreciate the help and professionalism of the management team at The Chase.”
“I have been living at Market Street Apartments for three years. When I moved in I didn’t know what to expect because I never lived in an apartment complex. I soon found out it was a great place to live. It is very secure and people are extremely pleasant. Maintenance is great, they are right there when you need them. Office personal is wonderful. They are very accommodating, pleasant and very personable. I made the right choice when I moved here. Lisa and Rachel are great.”

“Brandywyne village is the best place to live in Massachusetts. I have been living here for 4.5 years. I am so pleased with the wonderful staff for their professionalism. Whenever I need a service for my apartment a work order is submitted with the help of a nice staff member in the office and immediately my request is satisfied. Everyone here is a such hard working employee. My love language is kindness and here at Brandywyne village every single person is absolutely kind and respectful towards me. The all village is so clean, well maintained and definitely safe. I am not planning to move out anytime soon. So please make plans to move here at Brandywyne village and see for yourself.

When I return to Boston, I will surely look for this place to be our home again”
“The Wellington Parkside is a great place to live if you are a dog person.
The staff - is kind, approachable, helpful, and very accommodating when it comes to my disability. Maintenance team is very prompt and polite. The office staff especially Brett and Cameron are very responsive and always willing to help.
The residents - are mostly nice and thoughtful, but I would say there are one or two incredibly passive aggressive residents who could care less about hogging the only car charger, or even claiming other peoples' PAID for parking spots as their own if the actual owner goes out of town for more then 4-5 days.
As for the facilities themselves... the electricity sometimes is backcharged by maybe even 4-6 months so you will have to set that aside for when that bill arrives. I have never been given a garage key that actually opens any of the three garage doors... I mainly just gave up asking after my 6th replacement.
All in all, I enjoy living here; the only reason for not giving 5 stars is because I'm not a huge fan of the annual 10%+ rent hikes- and I see no indication that the property owners intend to do anything but make their hikes steeper than the last.”
