These guys are great! I’ve been to a lot of different rental counters in the Boston area and Ade Gomez was amazing to work with! They were patient with my questions and always kept it extremely professional. Will rent here over any other car rental location in the area!

Worst customer service ever! Rented a car off of a Costco reservation. Car was dirty, big hole in the mat. 1/3 full of gas. Drove off the lot and the maintenance light came on. Turned around and went back. Sorry, no more cars. Wtf!?!
