Extended Stay America - Boston offers guests a convenient location for exploring Salem and the surrounding areas. While some reviews mention that the rooms are a bit dated and cleanliness could improve, many appreciate the spaciousness and comfort of the accommodations. The hotel does not provide breakfast, as noted on its website, and guests are reminded that there is no room service; items must be obtained from the front desk. Customer service is a highlight of the experience. The staff, particularly the General Manager, has received praise for their friendly and professional demeanor. Many guests have noted that their concerns were addressed promptly, with some even receiving complimentary upgrades to enhance their stay. However, there are some issues to be aware of, such as a non-functioning elevator and limited laundry facilities. Guests need to bring their own laundry soap, as there are no options to purchase it on-site. Overall, Extended Stay America - Boston is seen as a decent choice for short stays, particularly for those who value excellent service and a central location.

It's an OK hotel for just 2 night to enjoy Salem. There was no breakfast as stated on the website. Need to pay a little more attention to cleanliness. But overall, it's in a good location.
