The location is close to everything and right by the highway, providing easy access. It is near a Dunkin Donuts and a truck stop for snacks and food. The hotel is dated and the rooms are small, with some noting dirty walls, a peeling tub, and loose tiling. However, many guests found it clean enough for a night, with clean beds, crisp sheets, white towels, and a functional mini fridge, microwave, and air conditioning. The beds and pillows are decent and comfortable. Some rooms are modern and nicely decorated with ample storage, a large private bathroom with a tub, and a large mini fridge. The room was well-insulated and remarkably quiet despite the highway proximity. The staff are polite, check-in is simple, and there is a small deposit returned at checkout. The hotel has rules to keep the place safe. There is plenty of parking and a private entrance, making it easy. While some feel the area is slightly sketchy, others felt safe, even with children. It is considered a good value, often at half the price of staying in Salem, without overly price gauging even for last-minute bookings.
We paid for early check in, couldn't do it, so we had to lug our luggage into Salem with us.

Wanted to look at the cute heart shaped tub room but ownwrs were very short and very rude with me and hung up with phone. They do not take reservations I guess. Wouldn't of mind paying in advance for the room either so their loss.
