“We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was amazing. The front desk receptionist, Anastasia, was extremely professional and helpful. She offered many recommendations in the area for dining as well. Anastasia made us feel at home and went out of her way to accommodate us. I did not have breakfast, but the dining area was very nice and there seemed to be a good selection of items at the breakfast buffet.”

“I had a terrible experience at your hotel.Upon arrival the lobby had a bunch of people with no shoes on phones hanging out red flag, going to my room in the hallways it smells terrible like bad food , I opened my door and the fire alarm went off ( which I was told some kid pulled) I went down the stairs and people were hanging in stairwells went outside in the cold rain till fire fighters were done,in the meantime I was reading reviews of this hotel and a lot of them had the same experience saying it's a temporary housing shelterWhen I asked at the desks they very abruptly said everyone pays . Honestly I stay in hotels every week for work this was one of the worst experience ever !”

“This place became our temporary home after being displaced from our previous residence. Our Extended stay last the duration of the pandemic and because of increased cost of living we had to make it our Home. We rented our Suite at a weekly rate. During our time there you cant help but come to know the staff. Our family is Grateful for Management. The general manager Linda is a awesome manager. Her staff is top notch! They are a 5 Star in Hospitality. You can see how strong the leadership is, by how hard the staff diligently works. There was always upkeep taking place. Anytime we needed something replaced Housekeeping, maintenance and front desk were always helpful, with a smile. Rates WILL fluctuate EVERYWHERE! At this location in Peabody your always going to get a safe, family friendly and clean property. Thank you ES Peabody. “I don’t know why everyone is giving such low reviews. We got 2 rooms for 1 night and for the price, it was a great stay! The rooms were not dirty. I will admit, the floor could’ve been swept better. But other than that, it was clean and comfortable. I was worried about staying here after booking due to all of the negative reviews but people need to get a grip. This is a 2 star MOTEL, not a hotel. It’s not the Ritz. But it was not bad at all, our sheets/bedding/pillows were all clean. Sheets and pillows were whiter than white and looked new to me. Towels were nice and white and clean. The TV and wifi both worked. My parents thought their TV didn’t work, but turns out it just wasn’t plugged in. No noise to keep us up late, no smells in the hotel rooms. Don’t pass this one up esp if you’re looking for something cheap just to sleep in during a stay!Rooms: Aside from the floor needing a better sweep, the rooms were clean and TV and other appliances all in working order.Nearby activities: We stayed here because we visited Salem! It was about 15 minutes from the heart of Salem.Walkability: There is a gas station/store right next to the motel that you can grab snacks from late night!”
