“I went into this store very unhappy due to having constant horrible experiences at the Lynn Mass Boost Mobile store. I spoke with August I believe was his name at this location about issues I was have with my new phone, and he was awesome. He took the time to go over problems that I was having with my phone, and did everything he could to correct issues with my service that the Lynn location caused, even though August couldn't correct all the issues I was having, the fact he was able to fix some of the issues and my phone especially the internet seems to be running allot better. Also that the fact that August saw I was upset and took the time to do everything he could to correct what the Lynn store did was great. Even though the Lynn location is closer to where I live I'm never going there again. This location will now get my business thanks to August.”

“I was there Tuesday night and Alex and Roberto were helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable of the products. I was there for 2 hours and even though I felt guilty taking up their time they worked with me and helped me transfer all the information from one phone to the other. They are a great asset to the team”
