“I recently had 5 plus hours with Verizon prepaid customer service online, at home, trying to upgrade from my Verizon Phone 6 plus to a Verizon iPhone 8 plus. Multiple calls and unbelievably frustrating. Something that should have taken 5 minutes, porting my Verizon account and number to the new phone, ended up a nightmare. Anyways - went into this store and they hooked me up in......FIVE minutes! Activated and out the door. Allen the manager was fantastic. Lesson learned - boots on the ground I guess.5 solid stars.”

“I got an advertisement from Consumer Cellular in the mail and calculated how much I could save by switching from AT&T so I went to Target to get more information and switch over. After waiting 20 minutes or so for the staff to finish with other customers I gave up and went to the AT&T store. The clerk at the AT&T store found me a plan that met my needs and cost $15 a month less than the plan I would have gotten from Consumer Cellular at Target. If Target weren't short-staffed I would have missed that opportunity. So thanks, Target, your short-staffing saved me a lot of money!”

“I am a computer/cell phobic and hate change. I was terrified to switch from my 7 year old cell phone and afraid I would lose everything and not be able to navigate a new cell. Romeo at Orchard Hill in Leominster was outstanding! I explained my fears, and he was nothing but patient and kind and answered all of my questions and explained differences and changes. I feel so much better after having upgraded my old, tired phone now that he guided me through the transition. I would definitely go back to that store and deal with Romeo again in the future. Just what you want in customer service!”

“Definitely one of my favorite 7-elevens based on location. The store is always stocked up and they always have food ready for purchase. The only issue here is the parking lot is so small. There is only room to park just a couple of cars but this place is always super busy amd packed with amazon drivers. Sometimes you end up waiting a long time because there are so many Amazon drivers here getting gas and picking up some things from the store. But, again, it's a good location for the business, just wish it had more space.”

“They still have my favorite French vanilla hot coffee /Cocoa or whatever that powder stuff is. The 7/11 in Nashua changed their machine out for some weird other machine, and the French vanilla is garbage. This one in Townsend/ Pepperell still has the tried and true French vanilla powder coffee dispenser , I don't even know what it's called, but if you know , you know. It's so sweet and creamy and hot. I want to go get a cup right now. Please never change it! For the love of God! LOL Don't sell out and try to be fancy...just leave well enough alone! It's the only 7/11 around me that I know of, and I need my french vanilla fix! Rant over lol”
