“BEST customer service i have EVER received. Im a Sr Citizen and find most technology challenging. MICHAEL WOOD had the patience of a Saint. Not only did he help us find the best and most affordable plan for my fiance and I but he called us numerous times to check on why our router wasn't working. I had to bring it back so he could show me what to. Transferring our phones from Verizon was also fairly seamless....and again he was kind, Patient, professional and very knowledgeable. We suffered with poor Verizon reception and awful Verizon customer service and we're hesitant to switch because I thought it would be a nightmare. Michael made the switch enjoyable with his sense of humor and fast with his knowledge
