The main reason for this review is to praise the employee, Diego, who helped me through the process of hard resetting my phone and allowed me to stay in store connected to the wifi while I waited for it to do so. Long story short, my phone was completely fixed and is running like the day I bought it. Diego answered all of my questions to the best of his ability and was all around really nice guy. He also called other boost employees to get their input as well. He deserves a raise. This kinda stuff is what makes me stay with Boost Mobile.
