“So my phone wasnt working properly and kept having this window pop up saying that "google play services keep stopping". It was opening every 2 seconds and it didnt matter what was done to the phone it continued to do this. The main reason for this review is to praise the employee, Diego, who helped me through the process of hard resetting my phone and allowed me to stay in store connected to the wifi while I waited for it to do so. Long story short, my phone was completely fixed and is running like the day I bought it. Diego answered all of my questions to the best of his ability and was all around really nice guy. He also called other boost employees to get their input as well. He deserves a raise. This kinda stuff is what makes me stay with Boost Mobile. Good customer service and good products with super affordable plans and only right down the street in the heart of the city. Thanks Diego! And thanks to Boost Mobile!”

“Since I travel a lot, I'll stick with Verizon as I find they have the best coverage nationwide and the most convenient international plans, despite not having the best coverage here in the Berkshires. This particular store is a hit or miss. Depending on who you get, they can either be helpful or not.Edit *. I bumped another star up since they responded. Always appreciate a response.”
