Tons of issues switching cell companies. Went to Verizon store on Hubbard Ave in Pittsfield. Have an issue go there!!!!

This store is so helpful when having phone conversions and plan questions. Have never been treated so well at any Verizon store.! I have been a Verizon customer for 25 years. Thanks so much for your great customer service.
