“I am beyond impressed with this business! Chuck knows this business inside and out! He took the time and explained everything to me. All I had to do was drop my car off and he and his staff handled everything! They handled the paperwork, dealt with the insurance company and fixed my car to perfection. They even got me a loaner car!

The BEST THING Dave has done for me is allowing me to pick his brain asking questions . I HATE shopping for vehicles. I would call Dave, he would tell me the rating of the vehicles, but MORE IMPORTANTLY, he shared any and all POSITIVE and/or NEGATIVE experiences. He helped me steer clear of future problems until l drove home last night with a vehicle I'm in love with and know got a virtual stamp of approval from Dave!!!!!!

“I’ve been bringing my car to Dorman’s for regular maintenance for a while now, and they’ve been great; they know what they’re doing, they work fast, and their prices are very fair. My parents have also brought their car here and had the same great experience.
Most recently, my car was in an accident and needed a lot of work (new door, new wheel, and other fixes). John was incredible from start to finish. He explained everything that needed to be done in a way that was easy to understand, advocated for me with my insurance company, and got me into a rental car immediately. He stayed in communication throughout the whole process, and the work was done much faster than I expected.
When I picked up my car, it honestly looked brand new. The quality of the repair, the care, and the attention to detail were better than I could’ve imagined. John went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, I genuinely felt like they were looking out for me, not just my car.
I can’t recommend Dorman’s Auto enough. This is a shop you can trust, and I’ll keep coming back. Thank you!!”

“Absolutely amazing experience at Carr’s! I emailed photos of damage to my car door and he promptly sent back a reasonable estimate. Months later, I stopped by the shop to see if the damage was just paint transfer. At my request, he and his team tried to buff out the damage and got it near perfect. He recommended fixing it properly though, which required repainting the door. He got me right in and had the car done when he said it would be. They even detailed the inside for us - it was like picking up a brand new car! You can’t tell anything ever happened and he didn’t even charge us for the first attempt at buffing it out. I felt he was honest with us and wasn’t just trying to make a buck off of us. We’ve already told several people of our experience and we’ll never go anywhere else. This level of customer service is unheard of these days. Well done and thank you, Team Carr’s!”
“We have been to ACC twice now for two incidents where by car was hit. On both occasions, we were greeted by very kind staff and a very easy procedure from start to finish. Repairs required panel replacement and painting, as well as electrical work for headlights. We waited a week for each repair, which was very pleasantly quick. Pickup took 5 minutes and the car looked better than when we brought it in. Very good service and would recommend to anyone.”

Le Myers is within walking distance from my job so I took a chance and had Ray look at it as well as repair. I can't think of an advitage to describe Ray and his crew. End result I was so happy and grateful for his honesty and respect. Today anytime I have issues with my car Ray is who I go to.”

I feel the quality of the work they do is unmatched and just as impressive is their customer service. Nick, the owner is extremely gracious and will always spend time with myself and others to explain every part of the process in detail . He is also extremely knowledgeable and able to answer all customer questions. His administrative staff does a great job too with communication. Front office management was very professional. There was a clear breakdown in communication between the insurance company and the repair shop, and the insurance company was at fault. Front office management stayed after close of business to help ensure that payment was settled as agreed-upon. I will definitely be taking my business back to this repair shop. “I just got my car repaired at this place. They are the definition of a good old local run business where they still believe in taking care of their customers. They gave me exactly what I needed. No trying to sell me on additional stuff or any of that.
Now, I'm not a mechanic or a card body professional but I do know a little bit about a lot of things and I know enough to be able to look at what was done and how it was done realize that they did an excellent job.
If you ever find yourself you didn't body work or your car is in an accident and you need help going through the process, this is a company I feel very confident in saying that you should contact them immediately and work with them.
The fact that as of writing this, they have over 30 reviews and a 5 star rating says it all right there. Even with 30, its hard for any business to keep a 5 star rating on google unless they are doing things right consistently.”
