“This review is for the pharmacy, or, more specifically, for one specific pharmacist who works at this location. She is a pretty white woman with shoulder length brown reddish hair. Even though my prescriber is very helpful and knowledgeable, this pharmacist adds another layer of helpful information and/or detail that truly is helpful additional info to know. Sometimes when you’re told “the pharmacist wants to check with you about X” it just feels like another layer of questioning and judgement for something you’ve already discussed with your doctor. Not this one. She is not judging or questioning you or the provider. She is thoughtful and knows her stuff and very helpful. After many years of being asked redundant questions by pharmacists that made me feel judged or spoken down to, this is the opposite of that. 5 stars to that woman.”
“I wish i knew about this pharmacy ages ago they are amazing, efficient, & just generally made me feel like I mattered & wasn’t just some annoyance or burden like other more well known big name pharmacies do just as I as part of their customer service “training”…

“My regular pharmacy kept telling me my prescription was delayed (a few different ones). I called Shaws and Josh was amazing! He transferred all my prescriptions over (even from a separate mail order pharmacy). He called me several times to confirm information and keep me updated. It felt like such a personal experience! Within a few hours my prescriptions were ready and waiting! I highly recommend them! I felt like I was their only customer!”

“Love this CVS particularly because its always well stocked with the latest and greatest products however the customer service on the store side fails miserably when it comes to greeting customers offering help almost on the verge of feeling unwelcomed. The pharmacy is outstanding with thier customer service friendly helpful and never annoyed with any questions you ask. Im conflicted 😐 shouldn't the whole staff as a whole share the same work ethic and conduct? Anyway its a great store ! The extra bucks rocks!!!!”

“I recently visited CVS Pharmacy to pick up a prescription and had a very positive experience. During my visit, I needed assistance finding a way to split my medication into four equal pieces. Brad, the pharmacist, went above and beyond to help me.
He was professional, patient, and took the time to clearly explain the best option for accurately splitting the tablets. His guidance was not only helpful but also gave me confidence that I was handling my medication correctly. It’s reassuring to interact with a pharmacist who genuinely cares about patient safety and takes the time to assist without rushing.
In addition to Brad’s excellent service, the store was clean, well-organized, and the staff was courteous. My prescription was ready on time, and the overall process was smooth and efficient.

“I usually avoid Walmart, but every interaction I have had with this pharmacy and their staff, either on the phone or in person, has been 100% positive. They are helpful when there's a glitch with a prescription, they cheerfully check if things are covered by insurance, they make helpful suggestions, and the pharmacist is always very nice and thorough with medical education. I'd wholeheartedly recommend them over any large chain local options.”
“They don't put different strengths in a bottle, put another patient's meds in my bag, don't tell me meds aren't covered when they are. They are very unlike the huge chain that did all this to me. They always get it right and pull my meds before I even get to the counter.”

Other than that it was a clean store with great looking produce and meats/fish.”
