“My experience on the phone with the pharmacy staff here over the past few days has been such a breath of fresh air that I want to shout about it for everyone to hear—which, it turns out, is precisely the reason that Google offers this function.I regret that I didn’t catch the name of the kind woman I spoke to last Friday evening, but earlier this afternoon I spoke twice to Kyle, who was helpful, pleasant, and efficient.Also:1) The phone menu doesn’t insist on wasting your time.When the automated voice starts to list options, you can say “pharmacy,” wait for the voice to acknowledge that, and then “something else” if you actually need to speak to someone. (Please don’t abuse that.)2) I was never on hold for more than a few minutes.This is how you engender trust; now I will actually believe that the duration I’m on hold is proportional to how busy the staff is. After all, you can’t always be “experiencing higher than average call volumes,” because that’s not how averages work.I was originally calling to find a pharmacy that had a particular medication in stock, but now I plan to transfer all of my medications here.”

“The date of my visit is 4/1/23 and there was this nice lady that helped me with my transaction while the self checkout couldn’t take cash. She asked for a nice review and here it is! Friendliness deserves it.She told me to try and give a review on the website but I couldn’t figure out how lol.I asked for her name but im sad to say I forgot her name but I hope you see this!”
