It’s reassuring to interact with a pharmacist who genuinely cares about patient safety and takes the time to assist without rushing. In addition to Brad’s excellent service, the store was clean, well-organized, and the staff was courteous. My prescription was ready on time, and the overall process was smooth and efficient. “This CVS store in Wrentham is a pleasure to shop at. It is always organized, fully stocked and clean. The employees are friendly, helpful and patient with each customer. Holly helped me during my recent visit to CVS. She was very helpful and patient with me and didn't make me feel rushed when checking out even though there were many customers in line. David, the Store Manager, is also very kind and ready to help the customers too! He is also willing to help the community when he can and that is appreciated! “Josh , Racha, & the entire pharmacy staff at Shaw's Pharmacy has made the transition so seamless! First transferring my families prescriptions and then now transferring all my dogs medications to Shaw's Pharmacy in North Attleboro has been a dream! They are friendly, knowledgeable, and SO HELPFUL! I use to have to stress about my medications being filled in a timely manner, being in stock when I needed them, and if issues were going to arise how I would handle them, now I know they will be taken care of and ready without worry when I need them. My 16 year old dog is on a number of human medications that big name pharmacies always gave me a hard time about. Shaw's North Attleboro has always has all of her medications available and ready without any sort of worry! I find that my family and pets are all taken care of with ease now knowing we found a pharmacy that will take care of all of us in one place, with care. We are so thankful that we found this pharmacy and we will never be looking back! Thank you Josh, Racha, the Pharmacy Team for always taking such great care of us and going above and beyond!”

“I’ve visited Walgreens in Medway 3 times since I over to Millis in 2022. I just moved to Franklin but needed to go back there to pick up an Rx. This visit made the difference the gentleman at the front counter was very nice and friendly, and the young lady Mai, at the Pharmacy counter was very polite pleasant and personable. She made sure all my needs were met and updated my information without my asking but offered her help. She is driven and very customer service oriented. I appreciate your help and you are at the heart of what I remember Walgreens to be when I lived in RI and was a weekly regular. Because of you and (I’m sorry didn’t get his name) the young man at the front desk, I think I’d take the drive there all the time instead of switching to Franklin because my experience tidy was wonderful! Medfield does that with that brand too. ?‍♀️ Just something to consider changing bc makes a customer especially one on a time crunch just think you’re out of the product you’re seeking. “This CVS allows the guests choices / options. Staffs Communication is excellent not afraid to call to return a message. Or take a call when not busy doing one of the other 200 things expected from you and only 30 minutes Lunch. Your store should be the example of the CVS model experience.
