“Love this CVS particularly because its always well stocked with the latest and greatest products however the customer service on the store side fails miserably when it comes to greeting customers offering help almost on the verge of feeling unwelcomed. The pharmacy is outstanding with thier customer service friendly helpful and never annoyed with any questions you ask. Im conflicted 😐 shouldn't the whole staff as a whole share the same work ethic and conduct? Anyway its a great store ! The extra bucks rocks!!!!”

“My regular pharmacy kept telling me my prescription was delayed (a few different ones). I called Shaws and Josh was amazing! He transferred all my prescriptions over (even from a separate mail order pharmacy). He called me several times to confirm information and keep me updated. It felt like such a personal experience! Within a few hours my prescriptions were ready and waiting! I highly recommend them! I felt like I was their only customer!”

“Gail approached me the minute I looked confused. La Roche Posay is scattered throughout the aisles, why? Medfield does that with that brand too. ?♀️ Just something to consider changing bc makes a customer especially one on a time crunch just think you’re out of the product you’re seeking. Gail pointed out where the rest were. We had a good chat and she gave me good tips and recommendations. Sweet, knowledgeable with skincare/health and definitely an asset to this location!”

“I’ve visited Walgreens in Medway 3 times since I over to Millis in 2022. I just moved to Franklin but needed to go back there to pick up an Rx. This visit made the difference the gentleman at the front counter was very nice and friendly, and the young lady Mai, at the Pharmacy counter was very polite pleasant and personable. She made sure all my needs were met and updated my information without my asking but offered her help. She is driven and very customer service oriented. I appreciate your help and you are at the heart of what I remember Walgreens to be when I lived in RI and was a weekly regular. Because of you and (I’m sorry didn’t get his name) the young man at the front desk, I think I’d take the drive there all the time instead of switching to Franklin because my experience tidy was wonderful! Thank you for doing what you do in a professional kind and caring way!!! YOU MAKE THE DIFFERENCE!!! ??????”

“I usually avoid Walmart, but every interaction I have had with this pharmacy and their staff, either on the phone or in person, has been 100% positive. They are helpful when there's a glitch with a prescription, they cheerfully check if things are covered by insurance, they make helpful suggestions, and the pharmacist is always very nice and thorough with medical education. I'd wholeheartedly recommend them over any large chain local options.”
“It lost a star due to there not being enough of a warning that you had to sign up for their rewards program to get the price that was listed for the water I bought, why can't we just shop and get the best price already, it's not like you pay to be a member. Other than that it was a clean store with great looking produce and meats/fish.”
“My experience on the phone with the pharmacy staff here over the past few days has been such a breath of fresh air that I want to shout about it for everyone to hear—which, it turns out, is precisely the reason that Google offers this function.I regret that I didn’t catch the name of the kind woman I spoke to last Friday evening, but earlier this afternoon I spoke twice to Kyle, who was helpful, pleasant, and efficient.Also:1) The phone menu doesn’t insist on wasting your time.When the automated voice starts to list options, you can say “pharmacy,” wait for the voice to acknowledge that, and then “something else” if you actually need to speak to someone. (Please don’t abuse that.)2) I was never on hold for more than a few minutes.This is how you engender trust; now I will actually believe that the duration I’m on hold is proportional to how busy the staff is. After all, you can’t always be “experiencing higher than average call volumes,” because that’s not how averages work.I was originally calling to find a pharmacy that had a particular medication in stock, but now I plan to transfer all of my medications here.”
