“It’s started as a random google search in the early evening hours looking for the nearest UPS location that carry boxes big enough to fit in a printer of 18x24x19 ( WxDxH) weighted 60pounds. I found Pigeon Post in Attleboro. I called and spoke with a gentleman, I proceeded to described what I needed and he suggested that I come in person to the store right away; but it was early in the evening so I settled in to go first thing in the morning instead. Once I got there, the experience took a turn for the better. George was very attentive, customer service at its best and more importantly kindness and efficiency were in full display throughout. Knowledge is everywhere, the issue is some people know how to share it better than others. In business is not about making money its rather know how not to lose money. If you are in need of the type of service they're offering, I would advise that you stop by and wouldn't be disappointed.”
“I recently had the occasion to use this Postalcenter to mail numerous holiday packages to multiple locations. It was great how the service team member went out of his way to check on what was the most economical means that would still meet my deadline. I have used this Postalcenter many times and it remains my site of choice whenever I have mailing to accomplish. Great customer service!”
“The thr entire staff was polite and helpful and a spcial thanks to the print specialist who was absolutely fantastic going the extra mile to assist me with my needs and make sure everything was perfect and it was at the last minutes of the day were usually people are tired and agitated but this was not the case absolutely outstanding service and this is now my home store I will be back for all my printing and shipping needs. “We shipped an antique grandfather clock across the country to California. The clock was delivered safe and sound. Thanks to Craters and Freighters of RI for an excellent and professional packing job. Even the delivery man remarked that the crates were not damaged and in great condition for a X-country trip. “Didn't expect the professional knowlege the print shop provided me would be found at Staples. Perhaps, I got lucky , but an associate, whose name was Brooke, met me at the counter and walked through my needs , step by step , taking a real interest. I didn't know she had a graphic arts backround, but I certainly found out -- she was a real professional and combined her craft with good business acumen . She took lots of notes and asked lots of questions. My project rquired two separate applications -- at least 5-6 days , I thought . I couldn't forget, she worked in a busy print shop with various responsiblilties , not just my project. Well , I guessed wrong , in two days Brooke notified me , "come and get it ." My projects is not for publication right now , or I would show what a fantastic job she did. All I can say is, I couldn't have gone anywhere and have been more pleased.”
“I love the cozy feel of this post office, and the service that I receive there every time I go. Parking is usually very easy for me to find and the lines are usually very short. If I have any questions about anything, they are always answered, and I appreciate the efficiency of this post office. Thank you for all you do.”

“Stopped in today to send out some Christmas cards. The line was almost out the door, but in typical fashion the works got everyone taken care of quickly and efficiently. Every time I've gone to this location it has been a positive experience. The worker are super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and any review on here that claims otherwise is just dead wrong. I moved about 15 minutes away this past year and still travel to this specific location when I need postal services because of the workers they have. Keep up the great work, you are appreciated!”

“I have to say, this place has never disappointed me. Even on busy days when the line is outside the door, the staff is super friendly and efficient. They always advise me on the best methods and packaging to ship my items, and deliver service with a smile. Most importantly, they are open most of the time when you would need to mail a package. So instead of driving to the other UPS Store, which appears abandoned, come here instead and ship your stuff with efficiency!”

“On Monday, 11/27/2023, I arrived at FedEx Office before closing (7:00 pm), but I missed the last pickup time (5:00 pm). I really wanted to get my package to its destination by the next day. The woman at the counter was very understanding and courteous. She directed me to the closest FedEx shipping facility that could still get my package to its destination by Tuesday. “Russell, out Mail Carrier, does a great job. Postal service often has Carriers do double routes. Post office workers in our town are friendly and helpful. Not sure why people are complaining. It is a classic small town post office with great front-line employees”
