“I don’t usually leave reviews, but just have to shout out incredible customer service. Needed esoteric hardware, and paint supplies, and to shake an old can of paint. I did not catch their names, but staff was knowledgeable, they have a well stocked hardware section and help me with a creative hanger-bolt solution. Got all supplies I needed, and they were kind enough to shake the can, even though they were busy. Store has been upgraded and is a resource to the community. :)”
“Michael, the store manager, was SO helpful today! I had a stripped screw that I needed help removing. He asked what type of screw it was. I said brass and asked why that was important. He explained that brass is a soft metal and I could easily strip it further in the process. He then offered a few suggestions to help.
I went home and using the tips Michael shared I was able to remove the stripped screw! Thank you Michael! This is why I 💜 ACE hardware!!”

“This store is great, we are so happy it opened. It is perfect for if you just need a quick thing like super glue or screws, so you don't have to go all the way to the big box stores. The staff is always super helpful and friendly. They take time to make you feel like a person and not just a number in line. They are a little pricey on some things, but again to us it's better than going further. We try to support them whenever we can. It is always clean and organized too.”

“Anchor hardware... I didn't see any anchors but they did have the batteries I needed for my key fob which was very helpful because that's the reason I went there. Not everywhere sells these batteries but anchor hardware does. So if you need key fob batteries I'd come here to get them. Unless you don't need key fob batteries don't come here to get them... but that is completely up to you.”

“I have been using Plumbers Supply for over 10yrs and have never had a bad experience . The service is quick, items I have needed have always been in stock and the staff is efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. I once went in for multiple parts that needed replacing in my Symmons Temptrol shower valve and the clerk offered some great advice when he told me that for about the same price I could purchase the entire valve and use the parts from it and replace all the components and it would be equivilant to having a brand new vavlve without the hassle of replumbing it.”

Why, the delivery was not as promised and paid for. The delivery was supposed to be inside the condominium on the second floor. I was informed they no longer offered that service. I never would have purchased the product from you and never will again. I actually had another flooring order that I did cancel and purchase elsewhere.
The install and installer were fantastic and I'd gladly use them again.”
