“This cute branch is on Rt 68N on an updated section of roadway in the center of town. Like the Rutland branch they have a DIY Keurig coffee station. There is a nice waiting area next to it for people needing it. They are handicapped accessible with a marked space and ramp. The parking lot is small with a drive up teller and inside atm. The staff was helpful.”

“I've had three banks and this one by far has the best policies. I love that with my checking account getting direct deposit, they rebate up to $15 in ATM fees a month. The staff has always been exceptionally friendly with me, and I've never had a single issue with them financially (which is saying a lot given my experiences at other small town banks). I definitely prefer using a more local bank to a National one, and RBT is a good one for sure. Interest rates are fair, if not generous, and they require no minimum balance for most of their account types. If you're just a simple human looking for simple banking like I was then RBT is definitely the way to go.”

“When we moved to Gardner from the Boston area in the late 1960s, this is the bank my parents chose. By the time I reached high school I was employed there before graduating. It then became my first bank and eventually after moving to Worcester and getting a new bank, I moved back to Gardner and it has been my bank ever since. They are one of only a few banks not gobbled up by conglomerates. In a time of eroded Trust in nearly all systems, I trust Fidelity.”
