“I've had three banks and this one by far has the best policies. I love that with my checking account getting direct deposit, they rebate up to $15 in ATM fees a month. The staff has always been exceptionally friendly with me, and I've never had a single issue with them financially (which is saying a lot given my experiences at other small town banks). I definitely prefer using a more local bank to a National one, and RBT is a good one for sure. Interest rates are fair, if not generous, and they require no minimum balance for most of their account types. If you're just a simple human looking for simple banking like I was then RBT is definitely the way to go.”
