“I moved here two months ago, and my experience so far has been very positive.
The apartments are comfortable and spacious, and the maintenance team has been excellent—any issues were resolved within 2 days. The landscaping is beautifully maintained. The location is also great, which makes living here convenient.
The only drawbacks are that the gym can get crowded during peak hours, and the pool tends to be busy on hot summer days.”

I love seeing all the new landscaping and fun clubhouse decor each season, and the community events that Brian and the team manage are always so thoughtfully done. They are attentive to details and treat every resident like family. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an alternative to city living, the proximity to the city - and all that Quincy / Marina Bay has to offer can’t be beat.”
“I had a great experience here. I had only planned on staying for a short time but ended up staying for a little over a year. It’s a great location, close to public transportation, grocery stores, bars and restaurants. Lori and Kevin always greeted me with a smile and treated me with nothing but kindness and respect for the entirety of my stay. The property was well maintained. They also have a maid who takes out your trash, vacuums the rooms and cleans the bathrooms weekly. Any time I had a question or concern, Kevin was quick to get back to me. (I accidentally broke a handle off my dresser drawer and it was replaced by Kevin the same day!) If you have a few minutes to stop and talk to the other tenants, you’ll find that they have a nice little community over there. Overall, it’s a nice place with nice people and a good homely atmosphere.”
