“I have really enjoyed living at The Mastlight. We moved here a couple of years ago, (thank you Jasmine!✨). The location is great, our apartment is a great size and works well for us. The building is clean and comfortable, there's extensive green space in the area and its quiet. The management and maintenance teams are responsive and have worked with us through accommodations we've needed, Alan and Ernst are the best 😊 The town has quiet hours which is great, parking is also included and a relief during nor'easter weather. Community is also mixed demo wise; young and older families, couples and plenty of adorable pup neighbors! Rent and size of units and amenities are competitive here especially with how high cost of living has become in MA. Visit, it's worth it. We knew this was our home our first visit and glad we decided to stay.”

“The apartment is really nice and spacious and the amenities are great. However, upon move-in we did notice quite a few things that we had to put on the list so they would not be taken out of our security deposit when we do end up moving eventually. The water pressure is a bit weak which I wish we had known beforehand. However, that being said, you cannot beat the location and the amenities are truly great. Some people say it is loud, but I think that is the price you pay for such a central and fun location and it does not bother us at all. The staff is kind and responsive. The maintenance man Sazan is lovely, efficient, and helpful!”

“My favorite apartment I’ve lived in. The concierge and leasing team are very responsive and consistently go above and beyond. On one occasion, I had packages delivered that required refrigeration while I was away traveling, and they kindly coordinated refrigerating them safely until my return. Kenny, the doorman at Ink Block 3, is one of the best doormen I’ve ever had. He knows everyone in the building by name, is always offering to help (especially with packages), and is so friendly and positive—he truly makes my day. Katie in the leasing office was always incredibly helpful when I was moving in / moving out. I moved out of Ink Block due to a job relocation, but if I had stayed in Boston, I would have absolutely continued living here—I truly can’t think of a better place to live. The location is unbeatable: walkable to downtown (where my office was), Back Bay, and the Seaport, with CVS and Whole Foods right in the same block. The staff are fantastic, the building is clean and well-maintained, and the apartments themselves are great—lots of natural sunlight, modern appliances, and no maintenance issues during my time there.”

“I moved here two months ago, and my experience so far has been very positive. The apartments are comfortable and spacious, and the maintenance team has been excellent—any issues were resolved within 2 days. The landscaping is beautifully maintained. The location is also great, which makes living here convenient. The only drawbacks are that the gym can get crowded during peak hours, and the pool tends to be busy on hot summer days.”

“Jose, Julio, and Carlos from the maintenance team have truly gone above and beyond since I moved in to help address a few issues! They have been incredibly prompt and always eager to help. Jose has made things happen quickly and is very on top of coordination. They have made my living experience so much more positive! Christopher the property manager has also been very thoughtful about helping when there was miscommunication/issues with my unit upon move in. He has really taken the time to ensure any issues were addressed and escalating when needed. My only concern/ feedback relates to the college students in this building who are often bringing groups/friends into the facilities (infiltrating the gym with groups) and throwing parties in the rooftop area. I think management should adopt a no-students policy for the building and/or better control over their access to the building amenities, since it significantly impacts the ability of professionals to live in the building.”

“We lived at the property for almost 2 years. The maintenance team (led by Mandio) there always went above and beyond whenever we needed them the most. We had our water boiler, air conditioner and dishwasher all give out within weeks of each other. We could have had a very bad experience but thankfully they were there to make sure our issues were promptly fixed and stayed in constant communication while doing so.They were always professional, attentive, and responsive when we needed them. Availability is key for a team like theirs and they exceeded expectations every single time they were needed. From the very beginning to the very end, Mandio made sure everything went as smooth as possible whenever we had any issues.”

“I love this building as my oldest son lived there for three years and now my youngest will live there for one. Both attend/ed Babson college. The building has everything one could possibly want. It’s always impeccably clean. Any issues are resolved quickly. The staff is always helpful and nice. One of like to specifically point out is Holden Cohagen. He has been so professional and helpful through the entire process of finding a rental and applying process. He goes above and beyond. So happy he is there.”

“What happens when you share a secret? It's no longer a secret.....though, West of Chestnut sits right on Hancock street, right on top of all these amazing bars and restaurants, so I guess we're okay. It's pretty much in your face. I've been living here for about nine months - here's the scoop: Staff: Annie and Devon! These girls make my day (whenever I get to escape my apt - oh, I work from home - more on the apt in a bit). They remember life moments (and that time you went on a shopping spree) and won't judge you for your weirdo husband (I mean, he's out there...) Security on the premise: Steve-O our security guy - I once saw him chase away a vagabond drunk. Oh wait, I think that was my husband... Building: Place is always clean and smells nice (except for the garbage chute, but, that's what it signed up for). There's a pretty large social room where you can host par-tays. Speaking of, every month Annie and Devon have a full event schedule planned out. Whether it's drinks, food, or fun games, there is always something planned....now, as a planner, I know that should not be taken lightly. If you're watching your waistline - eh, that's a problem. At the end of the day, West of Chestnut is getting people to know each other as neighbors! But I work from home and just watch everyone having fun from my window over my laptop #workfromhomeproblems Apartment: Did I mention I work from home? Well I do, so that means I never leave the place! But still, TONS of natural lighting and pretty quiet where our apartment sits. Even when they're partying downstairs, I can't tell I'm missing out! Okay, but seriously, open floor concept, modern and clean so whatever is your personal home décor style, it can work; never had a problem with the thermostat and if you ever do have something go wrong (light bulbs out, sink is clogged) - you have a maintenance team who jumps on it ASAP and gets it all taken care of. If you're looking for a roof over your head -there are many out there. If you're looking for one to call a home, have people you can call friends and literally be able to drag yourself from the bar and walk a few feet home - this is the right place to call "Home."”

“We have been living at Lincoln Heights for the past 4 years and have greatly enjoyed the community. The residents are very friendly but also respect your privacy. The leasing office is incredibly responsive to all of your needs, from move in to move out. Best of all is the all-star maintenance team, who go above and beyond to ensure your apartment is functioning at maximum capacity. The location is also ideal- right next to 93 and not far from the T, with a bus stop right at the entrance of the community. Overall, we have had all of our needs met while a part of this kind community, and we highly recommend it to prospective renters!”

“I had a great experience here. I had only planned on staying for a short time but ended up staying for a little over a year. It’s a great location, close to public transportation, grocery stores, bars and restaurants. Lori and Kevin always greeted me with a smile and treated me with nothing but kindness and respect for the entirety of my stay. The property was well maintained. They also have a maid who takes out your trash, vacuums the rooms and cleans the bathrooms weekly. Any time I had a question or concern, Kevin was quick to get back to me. (I accidentally broke a handle off my dresser drawer and it was replaced by Kevin the same day!) If you have a few minutes to stop and talk to the other tenants, you’ll find that they have a nice little community over there. Overall, it’s a nice place with nice people and a good homely atmosphere.”

“I can't complain. I placed some orders through Amazon a month before my stay, and they stored them without problems (they only charge you US$5 per package). The location is excellent, in a beautiful neighborhood like Back Bay. The excellent room. The bed is large and with many pillows. They leave you many towels in the bathroom. They may forget to replace the items used in a bathroom, but it doesn't matter. They offer you complimentary breakfast, without knowing it beforehand. Breakfast is simple, with juice, coffee, fruits, croissants, muffins and that's it. They have a 24-hour lounge room, where you can serve yourself water, tea or coffee with Starbucks capsules with cream. It exceeded my expectations. I would go again.”

“Lenox farms is a beautiful community. Built 2009 so relatively newly built in 2009 with all new appliances, Beautiful granite countertops and walnut flooring this place is definitely a feat. I did a tour today of two separate units, both an apartment and a townhome complete with two bedroom units and wow! They are absolutely gorgeous, Contain garages, smart thermostats, loads of storage space and the complexes amenities are vast including a pool with cabanas, a playground, dog washing facility’s, a beautiful community building and more! Upon arriving for my 11:30am tour today, along with my PCA, I was greeted by Micheal who works the front desk of the community. Micheal showed complete professionalism, compassion, and straight forward- clear responses to all of my questions and concerns! Very kind gentleman that highly complements the already very inviting atmosphere Lenox Farms radiates.
