Love knowing that when I write someone a check, and they want to cash it it won’t cost them $7 if they don’t have an account, or can only cash 3 checks without an account before they MAKE you open an account like Crooks at Citizens !
Love the coin machines as well so not wasting time rolling quarters from coin op washers dryers. Plus convenient Sunday hours at some locations.”

“I am my fathers P.O.A. They refused to give me bank statements going back a year. This is the second time I asked. The first time was when I brought him in there in Nov.( in his wheelchair) They told me they would mail them to me. I got his checks but no statements. I had to pick them up and I live an hour away. The brunette was very nice. The blonde woman has refused to help me three times. My father is changing banks as soon as possible. They shouldn’t have her representing them.She has a nasty attitude.”
