I received at Braintree store with Malikah. I bought a new phone and after my number was transferred I was not able to make or receive calls on the new phone. I went to Brockton store and they were not able to fix it. Mind you I was going to be traveling the next day and I was in panic mode. Brockton advised me to go to the Braintree store where I was given support by Malikah. She should receive a raise! she was very professional but her kindness was what I want to thank her for. She fixed the esim on my new phone!!! She got skills and I just want her Manager to know that I was able to travel to Nigeria with my new phone! Thank you Malikah!! I wish I could give you 10 stars1”

“I had a cracked screen on an S23 Ultra and took it to a third party Verizon store. The service at Verizon (Southie) was terrible. I then decided to try TurtleScreen and was shocked by how easy it was to repair my phone.
The TurtleScreen owner also helped me solve a problem caused by Verizon. He knew right away what the problem was (e-sim and regular Sim card) and the problem was solved in two minutes.
A broken phone can create a high anxiety situation. TurtleScreen knew what to do and saved me a bunch of money and frustration in the process.

“All I can say is WOW. My mom severely cracked her iPhone screen to the point where her Face ID wouldn't even work anymore. We were on our way to the Apple Store to buy her a new one when I informed her that getting her screen replaced would be significantly cheaper. She was hesitant, but I convinced her to stop by TurtleScreen near her house after seeing great news articles about it online. We came in at 6:15PM just to inquire about pricing and their hours - thinking they wouldn't be able to do a same day repair given they close at 7PM. However, they squeezed us in as soon as we came through the doors and by 6:45PM my mom had a brand new phone screen! She's so happy with how her phone looks and we were extremely impressed by the professionalism of the folks working at TurtleScreen qnd their efficiency. The prices are very reasonable for what you get and my mom ended up saving hundreds of dollars compared to getting a new phone! Can't recommend these guys enough!”

Aldo was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the entire process of getting new phones for our whole family. He made what could have been a stressful and overwhelming process feel easy and enjoyable. He genuinely took the time to understand what we needed and made sure everyone felt comfortable and taken care of.
Mason was also fantastic! He was extremely informative and explained everything in a way that was easy for everyone in our family to understand, regardless of age or how familiar we were with the technology. He never made us feel rushed or like we were asking too many questions.
If you're going to Verizon in Quincy, ask for Aldo and Mason! They made the entire experience so much better, and we are very grateful for all of their help.”
