“We have been with Breezeline (MetroCast previously) for many years. We utilize the service for our expanded cable TV and our internet service. We are very pleased with the service provision overall in regards to reliability, customer service/support and functionality. A five star rating is withheld because of a very few interruptions and the lack of seeking customer input with periodic surveys regarding programming and internet services.”

“After finally giving in to my adult children’s concerns to upgrade from my old XR. We went to TCC in Abington. The Sales Person Jamal C (a fellow Veteran) greeted us and was able with assistance from the Store Manager Craig to provide me with a brand new 15 Pro Max and reduce my monthly phone bill. Very satisfied with the customer service and will be happy to go there for upgrades to our other phones.”

“Ron at the store was so helpful. I was getting a Sim card error on my phone and within 20 minutes he had fixed the problem. He was so knowledgeable about all of the other phones, lines, data, etc. questions that we had while we were in the store. Store was so clean And the visit was so efficient this will be the only store I go to.”

“Exceptional service despite the store not having what I needed in stock. The agent there (Fri eve 3/1) went out of his way to try and help and not just for me. I watched him deliver exceptional service to everyone who came in. He was not only speaking with people in person but coordinating his efforts on the computer and on the phone, all at the same time. At one point someone thanked him for his help and he simply replied, "that's what we do here." Verizon is lucky to have this gentlemen, whose name now I wished I got.”

“I've had netBlazr for almost 10 years (as long as it's been available in my building) and everything about the service has been phenomenal. In those 10 years, I can think of maybe 3-4 times the service went down and every time a rep knew exactly what was happening and was able to estimate a time of restoration; the customer service is great. The speed is what attracted me as both upload and download were the fastest available and often what I measured (using SpeedTest) was higher than what my plan quoted. Small bonuses: no extra equipment in my condo (they installed a jack where there used to be a phone line) and I was able to use my own WiFi router—Xfinity and other seem to penalize you for not using their proprietary one. Highly, highly recommended if it's available in your building.”

“I went in to change my service from AT&T. I was welcomed right away by the rep and he talked about all the pricing and products available. After 2 hours, my wife and I left with 2 new phones and a new IPAD before going to T-mobile, I went to xfinity. I was quoted price but I needed information to transfer the lines. When I returned, not only did they not agree to the quote but they accused me of lying. Never again”

The representative here in Hyde Park was kind enough to allow my Son to pick it up with information she gathered from me. “I visited this location yesterday. Will Jones greeted me and my daughter as we came in. We came to switch our mobile svs to Xfinity. Will was able to help us with a switch and also with setting up my daughter's new phone and trading in the old one.There was another guy who helped us with a screen protector and took our old equipment - but we didn't take his name(((We had a great experience. Saved a lot of money. And we are very happy with the svs so far.I definitely recommend this branch. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. They make you feel like home :)”

“I was very happy that the staff was able to help me buy a new phone on short notice, when i was about to travel and my phone went intermittment, and get the old phone to transfer it all before it died. Richard, Kim, Sara, Jeremy all particpated. Even though i do my own programming, and even play piano, smart phone taps and gestures are just something i don't do well. Finally, getting the new protective screen on perfectly was a nice touch, all while breaking in a new hire.”

“I have to say I started out by having a fair few issues with Xfinity in general for both my broadband and phone. And I dont really like calling them up and dont think the phone customer service is great. But I have to say - all the times I have come to the store in person to fix issues that have caused me grief - they have been wonderful. Its the only reason why I probably am still with Xfinity. The staff at this store has always helped fix my problems - whether it was to give me my modem, port my phone across, help fix an international roaming billing nightmare. “I worked with Naiad, and she was pleasant from the start. We were able to laugh allot with my time being spent there. She worked hard to fulfill my needs of why I was in that store the other day. She even offered me a chair to sit down, and my reply was "Get that chair away, Im not old and dead yet" lol. She smiled the whole time. This is what customer service is about. And there was another guy there that assisted her and I appreciate him too. Even the assistant manager, I did not get her name, but she was good too.
