I received at Braintree store with Malikah. I bought a new phone and after my number was transferred I was not able to make or receive calls on the new phone. I went to Brockton store and they were not able to fix it. Mind you I was going to be traveling the next day and I was in panic mode. Brockton advised me to go to the Braintree store where I was given support by Malikah. She should receive a raise! she was very professional but her kindness was what I want to thank her for. She fixed the esim on my new phone!!! She got skills and I just want her Manager to know that I was able to travel to Nigeria with my new phone! Thank you Malikah!! I wish I could give you 10 stars1”

“Went there today with my green iPhone 13 cracked back tough repair went to all the other places at the mall none of them had my color. It was a weird forest green went to the fix it. They had it done in 30 minutes. No rush everything works nice. Everything works. Great back to new.”

“The Abel and Esther were amazing!!! I have no words. They saw that had two plans running at the same time and alerted me of this. Were able to switch it to one and decrease my monthly payments. They also made sure I received a credit for the next month and they gave me a free tablet.
Although I can't get all of the money back from years of being overcharged. I felt satisfied by the customer service I received, the kindness and understanding. They also waive the fee activation for the new phone I originally came to set up They also got all of these changes done without any additional fees. I am so gratefu!!!!
