“Excellent customer service at this branch! I have had to request help in using the machines because times and technology have changed since I used to frequent this type of business. Everyone I have encountered has been very helpful and patient. They even had a pair of eyeglasses I had lost in the store a couple of weeks prior to my most recent visit. The glasses were wrapped and stored carefully, rather than tossed into a drawer with an assortment of junk! I was very impressed by this thoughtful gesture, as well. Highly recommended!”

“This is my local print shop--I use it a few times a month and have always had good experiences with the staff, who manage to be patient and helpful even when customers are stressed out, which happens often (a lot of people seem to go there in the midst of a printing or shipping crisis). That's why these shops as a rule do not have peaceful vibes, but I have to hand it to the staff at this one for coping. Also, three brand-new self-service printer/copiers have recently replaced the two old ones that were often out of order.”
