“This was the second time I ordered a photo print on MaxMetal from AlphaGraphics. The first one, a high-angle shot of the rice terraces of Yunnan, China, was 24x36 in size, printed directly on the 3mm white aluminum composite panel using high resolution UV-resistant ink. It came out beautifully. The details were almost three-dimensional.For my latest 27x48 print, Faith Foley of AlphaGraphics suggested a different technique. This involved a two-step process of printing on a sheet of 3.5 mil white gloss vinyl using high resolution latex ink, which was then laminated onto a 3mm MaxMetal substrate. The result was stunning.AlphaGraphics' attention to details was meticulous: from double-checking and fine-tuning the resolution of the final enlargement, to applying quarter-rounds to ease the corners of the print, to providing high-strength double-sided tapes for mounting, nothing was amiss. “So I went here before Christmas when holiday shipping was very hectic, et al. I got a package and did not realize it was a gift from a family member at first/thought it was credit card fraud actually, and to make a long story short--I started a return on the gift--the gift was returned to the online site via Happy Returns and I was directed to the Fedex office at 10 Post Office square. Now there are a few Fedex offices around Post Office Square in the Financial District and I overshot (my fault) and had to walk back This Fedex office is on the end of the park near the Langham hotel -- nearer to the Quincy Market side of the District. Inside they were short staffed but they were trying, the young lady who helped me was friendly and efficient and she also paused to help someone else who needed help with a self service question--copier/loading the paper/where he could find it, et al. It all went smoothly, I was a bit worried b/c no receipt but the family member emailed me to tell me the return went through/all was well. This was my limited experience here but it was a positive one.”

“My experience was great!The gentleman at the counter was awesome and told me everything I needed to know about getting my package sent out. I understand why some of the customers may get mad but you have to understand that this is company is inside of an establishment (SHERATON HOTEL ?). So NO ONE can be mad because you're getting charged 10 dollars or more depending on the weight to send a package. Come on people it's COMMON SENSE!!!Anyway I wanted to say great job FEDEX!!!”

“We had our public launch this week with our business and a big client coming in. We wanted to have two signs made for the office. I had thought about vista print but they were cheaper and wouldn't get here in time. I then engaged another local company who was unresponsive and then emailed me at 8:30p two days later to let me know they didn't have bandwidth to make our signs. I was in a total scramble and called Emil with Sign Center. I can not say enough amazing things about him and his company. Not only did he take on our project last minute, he knew we wanted good quality with an install in a SUPER time crunch, he made it happen, came in $200 lower than the original company and did a PHENOMENAL job.
