I would not have been able to even drive it off the lot, as the UHaul text explaining photos needed was too much for me to get. “First, I downloaded the app. I was able to easily reserve the U-Haul truck through the app. I went into the U-Haul location on Fairmount Ave, Hyde Park. The sales rep was professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend this location!”

“The reviews of this place aren’t good, but I’ve used them twice now and had a good experience.
Basically everything is done online. You go into the gas station to get the key, and after hours drop off is a window near the gas station.
Most of the trucks are in a dirt lot in the back. It’s a bit dark and creepy back there, and not clearly labeled, but it works.
My truck was a little dented so I took a picture before taking it out, but didn’t need it since I wasn’t charged for that damage.
The truck had an appliance and furniture dolly in the back (which I didn’t purchase), so that was a great extra.”
“Friendly staff, brand new equipment, 24hr pick up and drop off. Was safely able to leave my car there overnight during a local rental.My only suggestion is to tell customers in advance where the key drop is after hours. I and another customer were both looking for the drop box for 15-20 mins before finding it. There is a photo of a drop box that must be stock photography used in the check in process that makes finding it very confusing. For those looking... It's mounted on the shed building to the left of the equipment return area, it is not near the main building.”
“Rented a box truck from the Citgo station in Quincy. I highly recommend working with a gentleman who rented the small box truck to me. He and the gentleman who I turned the truck back into were extremely kind, friendly, and so professional. Explained everything I needed to know about the truck, which came in handy as this was my first time renting the truck. I would rent again from this location and work with UHaul anyday.”
“The Stoughton location is the best I've ever used. Super helpful staff! They've done everything for me here. I had a hitch installed on my car, rented multiple trailers and trucks from them and a storage unit. They have always gone above and beyond to help me. And because of them ive been able to do small moves with my car and I can now tow my dirt bike with my car! They are the best!”
