“This review is specifically for Ben. If I could give more stars I would. We had a rough running engine. Ben used the plug in diagnosing machine to find out we had a misfire on cylinder 3. We went for the cheap option, just do the spark plug. Came home and didn’t have the correct plug socket. Back to the shop. Ben helped us find the magnetic soark plug socket we needed quickly. I returned home and replaced the plug. Of course it was the coil pack. We headed back to the shop and called Ben on the way. He had everything set up so we just needed to pay. He got us into the store just before they closed for the night, so this issue with our main vehicle didn’t bleed into tomorrow. In a landscape of indifferent service reps, it was really refreshing to have someone knowledgeable and outwardly helpful. Thanks for everything Ben. You’re a rockstar.”

“on feb 5 at around 5:30-6 pm, i came into this O’Reilly in hopes of a battery change. I was greeted immediately, and the man at the counter walked me through the process with ease. He was knowledgeable, advice giving and I am now a member of O’rewards. I visited the Rockland location previous to this one and waited 40 minutes as they had no want to help. The gentleman who assisted me tonight deserves praise. I hope my battery lasts a long time, but O’Reilly’s in Brockton I’m sure I will see you again.”
“Shout out to the older, thin, gentleman who serviced my request today, I believe his name was Chris, going by the name on the receipt.
I was looking for a gas cap for my vehicle and he thought he might be out of stock as he had personally sold the same cap but he offered to go and check his incoming stock which had not yet been shelved and, sure enough, my particular cap was in with the other parts.
That is what I call excellent customer service, when he could have just as easily have said he was out of stock (which is what his inventory showed) but did not.
I will not hesitate to stop by this location again when I am in need of an automotive part and hope I get this gentleman as my cashier.
