“I stopped by yesterday because I forgot to tighten my lug nuts on my wheel and I needed to use a torque wrench. I had to buy a socket too, and the guy said even though he wasn't supposed to let me return the socket, he did it anyways. Didn't get his name but he was cool and understanding of my situation. “Despite being a customer of the service department for six years, I never appreciated enough just how much of an outstanding Parts Operation there was working alongside. I had the pleasure of working with Cameron most recently - he was as customer centric as you will find with respect to approachability, knowledge and communication style. While my purpose in engaging with him was just to talk about valve stems, the conversation naturally evolved into other related items such as wheels and tires. I indicated to him that I wasn't going to be able to make it over to the establishment until the very end of the day - just after 6pm. When I arrived as we arranged, he met with me a warm smile and enthusiasm. This is despite the fact he had been there since 6:30a! He knew so much about both the parts he stocked and the expected performance / life - such as with third party Tires. Beyond this, he gave some great guidance on what to look out for concerning dry rot on tires - which helped me determine how much risk I should be willing to take driving on tires that are starting to show this. If you ever need information on Mazda Parts, there is no doubt you are in good hands with Cameron or Earl (the Manager) who has always been great in the past as well and is sharp as a tack!”

I just left my van builder who was not able to fix my door handle and asked Google maps for an auto repair shop near me.. it listed a few places and I clicked on Paul's autobody, I stopped by to see if he could fix a broken door handle on my ford transit cargo van. We'll he fixed it in about 10 minutes! I would highly recommend this guy just because he is a genuine nice guy!”
