“I have a cool story to tell and it starts like this . A couple of weeks ago i went shopping at a big box store. I was in there less than hr , i come out to find that my BMW had the biggest dent ever from a big blue iron shopping cart , i mean it was so big it looked like a car hit it. I called a friend because im new to the area , He told me to go to Columbia auto body. I called, i went, i met El and Tony. This is where it gets really cool i dropped the car off after i secured a rental. Enterprise picked me up there and thats all i had to do. They did all the work with the appraisal/ appraiser, they communicated with Enterprise as far as up dates on the time i needed the rental they did everything. Today i picked up my car and it looks brand new like the day i got it . The detail that they put on that car is like diamonds. They also let me leave the rental there so they can take care of it for me. So if you want world class service go see El and Tony down at Columbia Autobody Raynham Massachusetts. Get your own cool story because im keeping mines. I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE. THANKS EL AND TONY ALONG WITH ALL THE STAFF”

“let me be abundantly clear, I am only giving five stars so that corporate will actually read this review because my issues all stemmed from employees not having the proper support from corporate Safelite offices.1024.00 spent to be waiting the first time 4hrs, second time 2hrs and i’ll update on how long the third appt takes when i go back next week. Never in my life have i spent this amount of money and not have exactly what i needed.first and foremost, appointment times mean nothing. If you show up on time 10 minutes early or 10 minutes late it doesn’t seem to matter because they won’t take your car at the scheduled appointment time they will take it when they are done with the cars that are in line ahead of them. So don’t show up on time for an appointment expecting to be out of there in a timely matterSecond, windshields are replaced with aftermarket products. If you have an Audi, you won’t be able to have your car recalibrated due to the aftermarket product. You are not a made aware of the fact that products being used are aftermarket unless you specifically ask.I want to be clear, technicians and employees at the front desk went out of their way to try to accommodate and help me. This location is overbooked. When trying to receive external support for recalibrating my car the poor technician had to wait more than 20 (guesstimate) minutes to actually get a person on the phone to help.it’s unfortunate because it’s become glaringly obvious that Safelite is another one of those big corporations who don’t care about their employees on the front lines having to deal with unhappy customers. Online booking should be modified to let the customer know that their appointment time means nothing it is just a drop off time with no guaranteed finish time. The only disclosure they give you is that their waiting room is small and suggest to get a ride home.shout out to the Safelite employees at Raynham store for for doing their best in a situation where the company they work for clearly doesn’t have their backs.”
