I originally went to their website, easily input my car info, it recommended great Pirelli tires and emailed me a quote.I made the appointment online, and Spencer had me send a photo of my current tires to make sure the tires quoted would fit. Took my car in, was greeted by Spencer and noticed the store was in good shape and very clean.When I picked up my car, the total was exactly as quoted. There were no B.S. add ons, no last minute additions, nothing. Exactly as quoted.You don't find this often in the tire business. You'll get a quote, but then when you get to the store, something was missed, added on, or needed but not quoted. Not here. At Kenwood, they honor their quote and provide great service.I'll be taking my wife's car there for tires this week, and will have both cars' oil changed here from now on. “The Gm of the location is impressive, helpful and dedicated to his job for not only his customers, but from talking to him his employees as well. I always feel nervous going in for car repairs because you never know if the person helping out is actually telling the truth for what is need. The price was amazing for all my breaks to be replaced and oil change! (I did not plan on getting the breaks done just oil changer here as we have someone we go to for this stuff, but because of how the GM came out my situation, I was more than happy to give him my business) I will be back for more work, he deserves more money and recognition from his upper leadership team for the service he provides. also, your master mechanic was quick and did great work on my moms car. Thanks again!”
“Over a decade ago, before they moved to their present location, my daughter was visiting from college. Her car had an unknown problem and she had to leave the next day. They fixed it, treated her with respect, did not feel like she was being taken advantage of, and the price was very reasonable. I have had my work and stickers done by them since then, both at the old and the new location. Recently my hybrid Honda needed a tune-up (the car died when I was out of town, it had a frozen gas line, I requested and paid for a diagnostic, the diagnosed work would have a 4-digit cost, I said I'd think about it and left). Xpress Lube diagnosed and did the work for around half the price, and my MPG increased about 5MPG ever since. I told them they don't charge enough for their work. If you want a sugar-coated explanation of what's wrong and a high price, go elsewhere. If you want a very honest and direct assessment, you will get that here. I prefer honest and direct.”

“I used to come here when it was Jiffy Lube… And they closed… But I recently came back and the guys here were the nicest oil change people I’ve ever met. The guy who did my oil - LEE - was maybe the nicest service person I’ve ever met. What a way to handle customers!”
