I pulled into their shop simply asking if I could leave my car in their parking lot, because me and my wife were on the way to an NHL game at TD garden and we now needed to take an Uber bc my car wasn't safe to drive. They kept me well-informed throughout the process, and even cleaned my car inside and out before I picked it up. They handled all the communication with the other person’s insurance company, and I only had to get involved briefly when the appraiser didn’t show (they found more damages than originally thought once they began working on my car.)
