“We came to the store to see if we can find a good chair for our school age kid who spends a lot of time with homework. Jullian helped us to select a right size and told a little story about each model in the showroom which was amazing and quite entertaining:) There were some issues with the delivery and he helped to solve it in the most convenient for is way. The chair is comfortable:)”

“We’ve had a great experience working with NBM over the years. They’ve always been there when we need them, and they’re great to work with. They’ve helped us so many times in the past whenever we had issues we didn’t know how to solve on our own.As a company that has now moved fully remote, our contract recently ended and we no longer needed our copiers that were in storage. They met us at our warehouse and they arrived right on time. They were so efficient in taking the copiers, deleting the hard drives, and returning them to the seller for us. They gave us a great deal for this service and other companies didn’t even offer the option to delete the hard drives for us. They even included some services for free that some other companies would not.They’ve been good to us for our whole partnership. They always communicated all the appropriate disclaimers so we would never be surprised by any extra charges, and their services were fully insured so there was never any worry about liability. “You could buy a mediocre, creaky office chair at a big box store that probably won't last too long. Or, in the same price range, come to Brooks Bargain and pick up a pre-owned buy-it-for-life top-of-the-line ergonomic chair. They have a showroom full of 'em (and other office furniture). Take your time, sit on them all and take home the one that's "just right," no assembly required. Your body will thank you. Bring cash to avoid small credit card fee. Nice helpful people there, too!”

“Delivered 44 pieces of furniture here. Took them almost 2 hours to unload me but they just had unloaded a full trailer before me so maybe they had a hard time finding spots to put my furniture. There isn't any on site parking. Even though there aren't any signs along the road, if DOT comes through you will get a ticket or towed or both from what I was told by the workers. You can park in the grocery store parking lot which is just down the road from them. Both warehouses have easy docks, plenty of room to do your thing. Workers were professional.”

“Quality furniture with fair prices. 4 stars for the simple fact of salesman not honoring the website price. Listed for 249.99 on website, 399.99 in store. When I brought this to his attention he claimed it was for same piece, just not as in good condition. So, after I made the purchase it was immediately taken off the site. Hence there was never another couch in Norwood as he claimed there was. It's ok though, I ended up purchasing the matching chair which was priced at 299.99 and got the whole set for $570.00. my thing is this... Why lie to make a sale? Keep it real, your products sell themselves. We will return again, but will compare online price to store price first and order online if needed to avoid the b.s. -Great place, great products just cross reference prices online and in person before purchasing.”

“We needed to rent mannequins in Boston for a Pop-Up Shop ......sounds easy, right? Our company is on the West Coast!! Lucky for me, I was able to find Nicolas at Joslin Displays, Inc. He was able to help me every step of the way! From Renting the right kind of mannequins and display racks and shelving to buying some great racks that we will be able to use over and over again! Nicolas arranged the delivery and the pick -up from the hotel where the event was being held.....NO GLITCHES!!! AMAZING!! JOB WELL DONE!!! Everything went smoothly....easy to work with....everything was just as described...can't say enough about how helpful Nicolas and Kathy were! Great Company to work with. Any kind of event we have in the future, we now know exactly where to go to get the right racks and shelving, mannequins and anything else we need to make a pop-up shop look great!
