Planet Fitness aims to be a welcoming space for everyone to build strength at their own pace in a Judgement Free Zone®. With over 2,700 locations, the gym offers best-in-class and top-of-the-line equipment, including cardio and 30-minute workout options. Members appreciate the friendly and extremely helpful front desk staff, who are courteous, thorough, and efficient. The facilities are often described as sparkling clean and very clean, with plenty of machine availability. Convenient, free parking is also a notable benefit. However, some reviews indicate a recent decline in cleanliness, with dust and hair becoming more noticeable. There have also been occasional parking issues at specific locations. Some members have experienced a lack of greeting from certain front desk help, and there's a request for cleaning and dusting of machines to be done during off-hours, away from members who are actively working out. Despite these concerns, the gym is considered to serve its purpose well for the price.

Staff are so kind and it’s always very clean but both the laydown tanning beds have been down for months.. hoping ownership budgets to fix these for January 2026 capital expenses!
