“I visited the bank with my son. The new staff at the bank was very nice, polite and professional. I opened two accounts for myself and my son and they were very helpful throughout the process. I enjoyed the time being there and even learned Roberto's and Sara's name they were very friendly. The branch manager Erion was awesome, very very professional, very friendly, made me feel like at home and he gave me quick answers to my questions. I was impressed with his knowledge and the teamwork overall. I definitely recommend this branch.”

“I have been driving an elderly relative here for years... He is on a first name basis, Olga is great - patient and goes above and beyond. The street before it is a one way and during the day it gets backed up with trucks for local businesses... making it hard to get in or out of parking lot. See pics.”

“Went today to solve a problem with online banking - - Ms Yana Chieng, the Assistant Store Manager, kindly got on the phone and gave my issue her UN-DEVIDED ATTENTION until the matter was settled. She was kind, courteous, and totally professional. I shall happily deal with her and this bank again. Sadly, they did not have any 'extra cash' lying around with which they needed to part.”

“So... I was going to give them 1 star bc I was aggravated with the wait time - which was long. A teller by the door with 7-8 ppl and the inside teller had about 10. But when I reached the lady at the counter- she changed my mood and my reaction. I wish she had a name badge bc I wanted to put her name but she was patient and professional. She smiled and welcomed me and made me feel much less aggravated with the wait time.
(IDK if it helps but she had very long nails, highlighted brown hair and big smile).
So - JUST bc of her service, I am giving 4 stars- but Corporate really needs to loosen those purse strings & get another full-time teller in there.
Listen to what your customers are saying! It is LITERALLY the SAME complaint- over & over & over! It would change the entire way your bank is received AND it matters!
