“I came in and was told there is a wait time but less than an hour. Its longer. I asked to use the restroom but the gentleman Luis said there is none. He offered me the option to go to Market basket and that I would NOT lose my spot. He was very respectful and I was a bit anxious since I am holding it. When asked for the wait time he said 15 min.
Let me add: if there will be long wait times, then please add a restroom.”
