“I was traveling on the South shore of Massachusetts. although I live almost up at the New Hampshire border and I blew a cooling hose in my 2010 Jaguar XK. Yes the hoses are all plastic and there are no other alternatives. but I looked on on Google reviews and I happened to see that Bruce's got a fabulous rating. I limped the car over and left it off, taking an Uber home. Today I just came back to pick it up. The professionalism, kindness and reasonable pricing of what was done was worth calling out. This place is a gem on the South Dhore. Bravo Bruce, great job and I hope more people learn about what you can do!”
“I recently moved to Hanover and needed someone local to work on my car. The other day I returned from vacation and I had major trouble with my pickup truck. It would not start so I called AAA. They could not start it, so I had it towed to Richie's. I am so glad that I did. Richie and his staff were very professional and kept me posted on the work that was being done. “What I like about VIP Auto is that they’re open on Saturdays and Sundays and they have a waiting room. A lot of auto repair places don’t have this, so it’s a great convenience If you’re busy like me as I don’t have the luxury of dropping off my car during the weekdays. VIP is big and very clean with friendly service. If you need to drop your car off here on the weekend it’s a godsend.”

I have been a very happy regular customer for 20 years, and this week they took care of a nail in my husband's tire, then a few days later saved my car after an oil change (done elsewhere, silly me) went wrong and the car had to be towed. “Let me start by saying they did do a wonderful job but I went in because while I was looking for an oil change, I saw that they had coupons one was for $39.99 and the other one was for $69.99 and it always due to the change of the oil whether it was all synthetic or a synthetic blend. Well when I got there, the guy at the desk told me that the coupons are basically BS that they’re not any discount whatsoever that that’s the base price and that’s to get you in there. By the time I had my oil changed done. It was $91. Nowhere near the $69.99 price so just be careful. There’s a lot of bait and switch out there but they also did a good job so take it from what it is.”

Once they diagnosed that my cylinder was misfiring they took the time to explain the issue to me and kept me updated throughout the process. “I have to say Al is a great guy. If you want it done right the first time go to this place. You ever here you pay for what you get? well you get nothing but expert work and done right. I have taken my machine, I mean corvette, to many places for them to make it worse then fixing the main problem. This place fixed it and went beyond to help me with other issues on the car and actually gave me great free advise for my sons Rav4. I actually now have a friend from this experience. wouldn't go anywhere else!! for now on is ACS racing or nobody!!thanks Al and thank your partner too!!!”
“So I stopped in to get gas and waited about 5-10 minutes. While I was waiting I looked into the office to see a very tall man drinking nips in the office, I have never had a problem with this establishment but when the gentleman came out he seemed to be slurring his words with a smell of alcohol coming off of his breath, he also seemed to be very unpleasant with my purchase of gasoline. I have never had a problem with this establishment until that encounter.”

“We had a bit of an emergency with needing a tire replaced. It was almost closing time and most other tire shops had closed. We called Monro and Steve told us he had the tire we needed and to head his way. We got there and he was so fast getting our bad tire off and replaced with a new one. He really came in clutch and helped us out a ton!”
