I was so pleased that I just brought in my favorite black pumps that my puppy decided to chow-down on….I cried!! I am a size 5 shoe and I rarely find shoes that fit me as terrifically as these do. “I like going to the DXL store in Dedham, Massachusetts or the DXL store in Hanover, Massachusetts. I can find everything in my size at either location. I got a 3 pack of underwear and a new Henley shirt yesterday in Dedham. Last week I got a 3 pack of underwear and a fake looking Henley at the Hanover store. Great locations .”

“After going to three other stores, I finally went to Marathon sports and I went into the store with the realization that this was the last resort. Tyler.was wonderful. He listened and advised me to get the best shoe I needed for walking after a recent stay in The hospital I needed a shoe that would be comfortable but give me enough room for my little toes. we chatted about different ones and finally came up with the shoe that I really liked and that was extremely comfortable. I was so impressed with the customer service of the entire team. They was so attentive to their customers. Really concerned about what they were giving them as far as the correct shoe and the right fit. So I give this place a five star review”

I had an excellent experience at The North Face store in South Shore Plaza thanks to James. He was extremely friendly, patient, and truly knowledgeable about the products. I visited the store hoping to buy a North Face Triple C jacket, and even though they didn’t have it in stock, James took the time to walk me through the online ordering process step-by-step. He made everything clear and simple, and I left feeling confident about my purchase.
It’s rare to find customer service this good—James absolutely deserves a raise or at least some extra paid time off. The store is lucky to have him! Highly recommend visiting and asking for James!”
