“Writing this for my dad (lol) I had a mix up at the Dedham store and they forgot an alarm on a pair of pants. They were awesome too and so living closer to Hanover I went to the store with my receipt to see if they could remove it for me. Unfortunately we had to do a return Mickey went out of his way to go to the Dedham store to make the switch personally. Then he had the new pair sent directly to my house with a very nice note. This company is so lucky to have such an awesome associate working for them. Keep it up Mickey I’ll be back !”

I was extremely impressed with how fast he was, making my purchase efficient and easy. Eddie brought me many, many pairs and gave me his honest opinion. He was very fashionable and knowledgeable too. I appreciated him looking up the sizes for me and telling me what other customers thought of the shoes that I was trying on which informed me even further. Eddie made sure to mention the options I had for shoe protectants and polish as well. I'm not sure if he's a manager or not, but he definitely has the professionalism and organizational skills for a role of authority.”
