“This is only the second review I have ever written for a business, so hopefully that should tell you how impressed I was with the service I received.
I placed an online order, and it was ready in no time despite it being quite busy following a large snowstorm. I went to this particular location because they had the snow rake (which was to say any!) that I needed, despite it NOT being my regular neighborhood ACE.
After getting back to my house from the hour-long round trip, I discovered that the rake was not the one I had ordered online! I immediately called the store and connected with the manager on duty (he happened to be the one who answered the phone) and told him of the situation.
Without detailing all of the particulars, I was very satisfied with the courteous service and effort to make things right in a challenging circumstance. I will certainly make every effort to shop at ACE in Rockport again and encourage others to do so as well!”
