“I'm giving this location 5 stars not Boost mobile as a whole. Lissandra was very helpful for me when I lost my phone and needed a replacement. The corporate rep that I talked to on the phone was completely useless and Lissandra was able to assist me and help me when the customer service rep could not. Excellent service!”

“Ok, so I bought a new phone from Best Buy - $699, went to T-Mobile in Roslindale to activate it, the service from the salesperson was beyond superb! She went above and beyond - not only did she save me $400 (by selling the same phone for me at a cheaper price since I am an existing customer), she was on the phone with customer service for almost 1hour to rectify an issue with my account. She was beyond awesome, friendly and wanted the best for her customer. Total I paid for EVERYTHING.....$298!!!. I really appreciate all her assistance and recommend that location.”
