Well, today (12/24), she was unexpectedly hand-delivered a letter penned by "the big guy" by one of the postal workers from 02465. Unbelievable. I love our post office. Thank you!!”
“I’m there often. I visit with my pup. Most of the folks are friendly, and overworked. I smile and try to be as efficient and friendly as possible - streamlining is key.Sometimes they also have water and/or a treat for my pooch. A little kindness goes a long way. Cheers.”

“You might not think reviewing a Post Office branch is worthwhile, but this particular location stands out for friendly staff and efficient wait times. I live in Cambridge but prefer to go to this branch for the friendlier and easier overall experience. There’s generally available 15 minute street parking right in front of the building if you go in the morning.”

“Arguably the best full service PO in Metro West. Can be a tad busy around noon and near close but Kelly and Wendy will take care of you. Lots of packing materials and friendly smiles that give you all the mailing options. Off peak times you are in and out with usually no wait.”

“I have been going there for 3 years THE BEST usps location. Very nice and friendly staff and they are working fast, which is important. Stuff smiles to you and being nice. Just my favorite spot for sending mail and packages. I usually send them with Steven, but if he is busy with someone else, I go to another person and never got any problems. Everyone there is just a very good worker!”
“Wonderful and friendly experience. I needed to purchase a shipping label to send a package to Georgia during peak hours (lunch). It was also the week before Christmas and the post office was understandably slammed. Despite that, the workers were very kind and efficient in servicing in the long line.”
“Heidi is literally the kindest postal service employee I have ever met! She helped me figure out the best ways to mail two different packages, and she was so sweet to everyone else who came into the post office while I was there. “USPS Canton branch is conveniently located and easy to access (just don't perform a u-turn to park). The staff is always professional, friendly and happy to answer any questions one may have. Not all local USPS locations are equal, which is why I'll often drive further to this one even though it may not be the closest.”
“I need to say that I never had good experience with usps offices, but this office is an exception. I went to send a mail in the afternoon on Friday March 11th, and the guy in the window was so polite, nice and efficient. I never felt so great and relaxed in a postal office before, and I think good work should be recognized.”

“The reviews are probably based more on bad experiences on the delivery end. This office is straightforward and gets the job done. I wish USPS would invest and probably spruce up the place, similar to newer facilities I see in other areas of the country. This would probably make the space more inviting for staff and customers.Overall, I use USPS more than the other services. Prices in most cases are better and get to well traveled locations relatively quickly.”
“Leilani and Cory are the BEST! They helped me try to figure out how to get my oversized package shipped in a very tight timeframe with a reasonable cost. They were so nice and accommodating - definitely the best service I've received at this post office, or any post office really.”

“I went there yesterday for about the 1000th time... It's a Post Office and, it's good. Who else will do anything for $0.47? There was a young women at the counter who hadn't packed her stuff into boxes. It was as if she had no idea how a Post Office works... The woman behind the counter was very patiently helping her. It was nice. The people working here are, in my experience, always nice and helpful. Sometimes the lines get a bit long but, what do you expect? Most of the time it's quick.”

“So helpful to have a post office open on Sundays! Came around 5pm on a Sunday. A bit of traffic on the 93 to get there, but easy to access otherwise behind South Station. Free 15min parking outside. There was no line when i arrived. Very efficient and friendly staff. Was in and out under 15min. Thank you!”
