“Crown Colony Pharmacy, Quincy, MA puts every commercial pharmacy I've ever dealt with to shame, except for the former Oldens Pharmacy, S. Weymouth, Ma, which was another excellent pharmacy. “Great store! Excellent customer service from manager Dennis who is always helpful and goes above and beyond for customers. Derrick and Omega are great with excellent people skills but DEFINITELY a different experience at night with a grumpy shift leader named Mikael. Not only is he not helpful but his attitude almost spoils it for the whole store. Other than one bad apple that works at night named Mikael this store really cares about customer service. 5 stars from me but I won't go in at night anymore unfortunately:(:(:(”

One of the things I appreciated most was the ability to choose the specific day and delivery time window that worked best for me. I selected the 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM window, and my prescription was delivered before 8:00 PM, exactly as promised. The gentleman who delivered my order was extremely professional, kind, and personable. He was friendly, courteous, and provided outstanding customer service. The company was also very responsive to text messages, which made the entire process easy and stress free. Their prices are very reasonable, and the free prescription delivery is a huge benefit. In my opinion, this is a much more convenient and pleasant experience than dealing with CVS or Walgreens. I would 100%, without a shadow of a doubt, recommend them to others and will continue to use their services in the future.”

I had called and spoken to a pharmacist reminding them to check prescriptions for an ingredient I’m allergic to (if a pharmacy does not have the exact medication prescribed, they can substitute with a similar medication they do have). The female pharmacist told me everything was done properly. However, when I realized one of the medications was not ok, Silvio looked up the exact one I needed and special ordered it. I am very grateful for his care and immediate attention.”
