“They are super kind, transparent, reasonably priced, and very accommodating. I took my 10 year old car in for a 24 point inspection after a few concerning signs and sounds popped up, and now it drives like when I first got it. They're very honest and detailed in their findings, and will let you know about all of your options in terms of safety and price. After hours drop off and pick up are very convenient options they offer to help work around your schedule if needed. This shop was suggested by my mother in law, and my wife and I now go here for any of our car issues, and they have never let us down. An auto shop this trustworthy is a real gem—so glad to have them nearby. Praise the Lawd!”

“I wish I could do 5 stars like most of the people here but there is 1 important aspect that is neglected…. Communication w/ the customer is pretty poor. I’ve brought my car many many times and had my families cars taken there. They are great guys, they do mostly great work and the prices are absolutely great as said by others. However the lack of calling back and giving updates and/or status is unnerving. I and others I know that have work done there complained about waiting a week or more sometimes just to hear back or having to call themselves to find out about the status of their car, or leaving messages and not getting a call back. If they find a way to fix this issue maybe by getting a receptionist or calling people back more often themselves then YES they truly would be a 5 star garage. This may seem petty to a lot of people but communication is an integral part of customer service. Again, don’t get me wrong, they are a great shop and are fair and honest and do help to the best of their abilities.”

“I had a stabilizer link installed at a garage I know well and done business with them I kept hearing a banging noise after the links were put in I told the garage that did the work he said that it’s another problem so I heard about santisis garage I went there he put it on the lift and found that one of the links were loose it wasn’t tightened all the way it was half way tight John found out the problem in minutes thanks John for helping me out and he didn’t even change me a dime so I think that I found a new place to go to”
“I am up visiting a friend in Salem, MA and on the drive up here started to hear a terrible wining sound from the front driver side wheel. I called Jim on my way up and he was so friendly and immediately put me at ease. I visited Auto Haus the next morning and after waiting a short period of time, they put the car up, took a quick look, and bent the brake dust shield quickly back into place. So easy breezy! He also told me all about the history of Salem while I waited. If I lived here, this would absolutely be my go-to spot.”

“(Minus one star for a bit of a long wait/it can be unclear what they are doing when) but otherwise, this place is great. You can tell that they are eager to help. I got a flat tire on Saturday and as I was down the road, I stopped by. Not only did they let me walk in without an appointment, but they didn’t have the right size tire for my car and went above and beyond to put a spare on so I could get home safe. They also offered to order a tire for me to come back Monday and have installed. Great service and such a kind owner.”
