“We worked with Bill at CubeSmart in Salem. He helped us to determine the properly sized storage unit for what we were storing (multiple pieces of medium to large furniture). Bill showed us multiple units in different locations and explained how easy or challenging it could be to access our belongings. Bill was never pushy, he never tried to upsell us, explained all of the CubeSmart policies, he had a great attitude and even made me and my wife laugh.
