“Don Dalton was our salesperson and probably had the easiest sale ever when he bumped into us. We had already purchased a couch here eight years ago and it was a great experience. So, we tried the other guy off of 128 to get a better price and after three years we saw it was starting to degrade. The quality difference is now so obvious we had to scurry back to Lay-Z-Boy.
