The staff is informative and professional. The staff placed wipers on a truck, albeit wrong, and placed them on and removed a part left on. The employee listened and gave an AAA card discount, but the discount was not given on the receipt. The employee is extremely knowledgeable, patient and calming, and takes away do it yourself fears. The staff worked together and went above and beyond to makes sure everything needed was taken care of. Great IRL customer service and dependable products make this store a huge fan. Right off route 1, you may pass a competitor auto parts store, don’t fret. Totally worth it.
NAPA Auto Parts in Saugus is fantastic! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and always willing to help you find exactly what you need. They consistently have the hard-to-find parts that other stores can’t seem to stock. Great service, great selection, and a team that really knows their stuff—highly recommend!
