“Always excellent work, communication, and coordination with insurance. Unfortunately have had to work with Mike and team too often, but each time, the cars come out great. Particularly great for higher-end cars. Highly highly recommend despite difficult to get to location.”

“Great experience! I rarely need body work so when something minor needed attention, I asked my mechanic for a referral. He directed me to Amicone. I could not be happier. When I went for the estimate, I received a very reasonable quote, and booked the appointment. I had asked if there was any way, I could have a short turnaround on my car because I need my car for work. He said yes. Dropped off on a Wed morning, picked up after hours on Friday night. Car was ready and waiting exactly when/where he said it was. The work is amazing, I can't even tell where it was done. I very much appreciate their great work and willingness to work with my schedule.”

“Great experience. Fair price. The guys there took the time to make sure everything was done professionally, and that I understood how to use it (having my Outback set up to tow a camper, wiring + mounting 7-way switch, brake controller)”

“If I could give 6 stars I would! The people at this rack attack went above and beyond to outsource a few parts for my Thule rack. I was so impressed with their communication and help. Total professionals. I would highly recommend. Thanks again!”

“NAPA Auto Parts in Saugus is fantastic! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and always willing to help you find exactly what you need. They consistently have the hard-to-find parts that other stores can’t seem to stock. Great service, great selection, and a team that really knows their stuff—highly recommend!”

“I brought my car here after I was in an accident that left significant damage to my passenger side bumper, fender, and door. Sullivan helped me file the claim with my insurance company and took care of everything. He then returned my car to me good as new. You would never know that it had been in an accident. He also got it detailed for me before giving it back, which was above and beyond my expectations. I can't say enough positive things about my experience here. I've been to lots of mechanics who really take advantage of my lack of knowledge to charge an arm and a leg for minimal work, but that wasn't my experience here at all. Sullivan went above and beyond to fix my car. If I need anything in the future, I won't hesitate to bring my car back to Pro Collision.”

“If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Anas & Ed were super helpful. I came in to get my battery checked since it died last weekend and Anas checked it for me and said the battery was bad. Then as I was leaving Auto Zone, my battery died again. Anas went above and beyond and installed my new battery for me and made me feel less stressed out about my car. Ed the store manager was super helpful as well and made the transaction a lot smoother and helped me out a ton. He also helped me put my new windshield wipers on and topped off my washer fluid. 11/10 would go to this Auto Zone again. Very kind and sweet workers!!”

“Thank you, Northeast Autobody! Your level of professionalism and workmanship were superior. I dropped off my vehicle and it was ready within 48 hours. Not only was my car repaired, it was detailed inside and out. I appreciate the communication and courtesy provided throughout the process. If needed again, I would bring my vehicle in for repairs. Thank you!”

“Recently, my new Jeep Grand Cherokee was damaged by a dirty car-wash that left deep swirling scratches all over the vehicle. Weeks before that, my Jeep was also victim to a parking-lot dent from someones door. I was devastated by the damage and in need of good help to restore my new car look. Stephen's Auto Body came recommended by a friend, and let me tell you, they did not disappoint. Stephen's did top-notch work fast and the car is completely restored to mint! Everyone from the front desk, to Office Manager Audrey, GM Bill, and Scott-- A+ customer service, A+ quality. Thank you Stephen's Auto Body!”
